PRIVACY POLICY

These Terms of Use and Privacy Policy (“Policy”) apply to all websites and applications belonging to MPT Endüstri (“Company”), including https://mptindustry.com/ where this Policy is published or referenced (collectively referred to as “Digital Platforms”), and cover individuals who visit these websites or use the applications (“Users”).

Information collected offline and information obtained or provided by third parties within the scope of the Digital Platforms are outside the scope of this Policy. The use of the Digital Platforms is subject to the unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Policy by the Users. By accessing the Digital Platforms, Users are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of this Policy.

In accordance with the Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works, the Industrial Property Law No. 6769 and other relevant legislation, all rights arising from the Digital Platforms and the Digital Platforms themselves belong to MPT Endüstri. Within this scope, copying, modifying, reverse engineering, translating into other languages, or creating derivative works from the Digital Platforms or any element contained in their content, partially or entirely, is strictly prohibited.

All intellectual and industrial property rights related to all written, visual, audio and electronic materials published on the Digital Platforms, including trademarks, signs and logos, belong to MPT Endüstri or the relevant third parties and institutions, and these rights are protected under applicable legislation.

The presence of any content on the Digital Platforms or allowing Users to access such content cannot be interpreted as granting any license, permission or authorization regarding that content. Without the written permission of MPT Endüstri, the Digital Platforms or their content may not be copied, reproduced, processed or used in any physical or electronic environment. Any legal liability arising from uses contrary to these provisions shall belong to the User, and the Company reserves all legal rights.

Each User agrees, declares and undertakes that they will not perform any action or activity that may infringe the rights of MPT Endüstri or third parties, and acknowledges that the Company has exclusive rights regarding the use, processing, storage, disclosure and sharing with third parties of all written, visual and audio information accessible to all Users on the Digital Platforms.

All content on the Digital Platforms is provided solely for promotional and informational purposes. The User acknowledges that before taking any action based on such information, they are responsible for obtaining the final and reliable information directly from MPT Endüstri.

No guarantee or commitment is made regarding the accuracy or timeliness of the information published on the Digital Platforms. Such information may contain deficiencies, errors or updates that may differ from current data. The User accepts that MPT Endüstri shall not be held responsible for any material or moral damages arising from actions taken based on such information.

The purpose of the listing areas accessible within the Digital Platforms is to allow Users to make non-commercial sales announcements or recommendation-based posts. Users who add content or participate in these areas are deemed to have accepted the rules specified in the relevant sections in advance. In case of violation of these rules, MPT Endüstri reserves the right to initiate legal, criminal and disciplinary procedures against the violating Users.

Users agree, declare and undertake that they will not use, protect, or disclose to third parties any written, verbal, electronic or similar information obtained within the Digital Platforms for commercial purposes or any other purpose without the written permission of MPT Endüstri.

Users accept that the information and content they provide through the Digital Platforms are accurate and compliant with applicable laws. MPT Endüstri is not obliged to investigate the accuracy of the information and content transmitted or uploaded by Users, nor to guarantee that such information is secure, accurate or lawful.

The security of passwords and credentials belonging to user accounts is entirely the responsibility of the User. MPT Endüstri cannot be held responsible if passwords are obtained by third parties.

MPT Endüstri reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or terminate the content of the Digital Platforms and the services provided, and to delete registered user information and data from its systems.

Personal data obtained within the scope of the Digital Platforms are processed only for the purpose for which they are collected within the framework of the Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy, transferred to third parties when necessary, and destroyed upon the expiration of the relevant retention periods.

MPT Endüstri may use, process and retain the information transmitted to it by Users through the Digital Platforms in accordance with the applicable legislation on personal data protection and related policy texts.

Additionally, for statistical evaluation or the provision of personalized services, information such as identity data, contact information, IP address, access date and similar information may be processed. Ensuring the security of devices and connections used to access the Digital Platforms is the responsibility of the User.

The security, accuracy and legal compliance of information, content, visual and audio materials provided by third parties on the Digital Platforms are entirely the responsibility of those third parties. MPT Endüstri does not provide any guarantee regarding third-party content or services.

Although necessary measures have been taken to protect the Digital Platforms from viruses and similar harmful software, ensuring ultimate security remains the responsibility of the User. The User accepts that they are responsible for any damage that may occur to their own software, hardware or systems due to access to the Digital Platforms.

MPT Endüstri does not guarantee that the services provided within the Digital Platforms will be uninterrupted or error-free under all circumstances. The Company shall not be responsible for any losses arising from interruptions, errors or changes occurring within the Digital Platforms.

The Digital Platforms may include third-party services with their own terms of use. The conditions related to such services belong to the respective third parties, and this Policy applies only to the Digital Platforms. MPT Endüstri shall not be held responsible for the use of other websites accessed through links provided on the Digital Platforms or for any damages that may occur on those sites.

In the event of requests from official authorities or the detection of situations that may hinder the operation or threaten the security of the Digital Platforms, MPT Endüstri reserves the right to investigate user information and report it to the relevant authorities.

In case Users act in violation of this Policy, MPT Endüstri reserves the right to pursue all legal and practical remedies. In disputes arising from this Policy, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Ankara shall have jurisdiction and Turkish Law shall apply.

MPT Endüstri reserves the right to modify, update or repeal the provisions of this Policy without prior notice. Any changes made shall enter into force as of the date of publication.
